Central location for our trip really good. Very friendly staff. Good car park at hotel although limited spaces. Good food from restaurant. Nice room although a bit dated in appearance. Good size tv. Shower excellent.

Cheerful welcome at Reception and overall decor gave a very pleasing introduction to the hotel. We had not stayed in this hotel before but we will certainly do so again. The room was a good size and very clean: very happy. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were most helpful in what was a pleasant dining area.

Room was upgraded to queen suite. Beautiful large room which was immaculate. Bed was super comfortable with soft sheets and pillows. Bathroom had a bathtub and shower, so you could relax either way at the end of the day. As it was in the middle of the town the accessibility to shops and restaurants was fantastic.

Staff were friendly and personable. This was consistent at check in and check out. Breakfast was very well presented, with a great range of food choices and looked appealing. Staff were flexible when we made a request. The service standard went across departments - a customer service culture was evident.

Good breakfast. Nice staff. I could get the red button on Talking Pictures TV so could get catch up Tele something I have never got at any other hotel. Random I know but excellent. Nice touch of giving a gluten free cookie when I arrived.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. As a Hilton member I was upgraded for free. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and had a fridge and kettle. The location is great, near the train station, shops and restaurants. I had a short trip to Paris, the hotel manager allowed me to leave my suitcase for 3 days (between my two reservations at this hotel), this helped me a lot. Big thanks to all the staff!
